    How is translation quality controlled?

    Upon receiving your translation request, Leading Bird will first conduct a translation project analysis. We will assign translators with relevant translation experience and professional expertise to handle the translation based on the translation needs. After translation completion, multiple stages such as translator self-check, system check, manual proofreading, and manual quality inspection are conducted to control translation quality.If there are quality issues with the translation, you can contact the account manager at any time, who will promptly feedback the issue to the relevant departments and personnel for handling.

    If you want to become a translator for Leading Bird, how long will it take to get the test results?

    Test results are generally replied to within 72 hours (working days). Leading Bird's review teachers will evaluate submissions in order, so please be patient. Results will be notified on the "Leading Bird Translation" WeChat public account as soon as they are available. If you do not pass this time, you can reapply for the test after 7 days.

    After translation completion, in which language is the manuscript fee settled?

    Generally, settlement is based on the original language. If the original text is in Chinese, settlement is based on the number of Chinese characters; if the original text is in English, it is based on the number of English words. Additionally, fees can also be settled based on units such as per page, per piece, or per minute.

    Why does the completed order show a deduction?

    To further enhance manuscript quality, the platform has introduced new quality control standards, focusing on manuscripts with a modification rate exceeding 25%. If your manuscript error rate is ≥25%, a certain quality deduction will be applied. Typically, the PM responsible for that language will provide a deduction explanation.     Can foreign translators withdraw foreign currency?

    The Leading Bird translation platform supports adding overseas bank cards (from the USA, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.) for foreign currency withdrawals (USD, IDR, THB, VND, etc.). If you have other requirements, first contact your PM to confirm whether the platform supports your desired withdrawal currency.
